The Mathematics Department at St. Clare College Secondary Pembroke has prepared some extra work for year 10 students to work out during the summer holidays. The aim of this extra work is to help your children prepare themselves better for the MATSEC examination next year. We encourage your children to start working in the summer so that they will be well prepared for the exam. The trick is to revise slowly but steadily! They do not need to work out the whole pack – they can just work on the topics they find difficult or on topics they might have problems in. At the end of the pack, there are the answers included so the work can be self-corrected and thus you can understand better where the difficulties lie.
If you would like to receive the extra work pack, kindly access the link and fill in your details by the 15th of June 2021. Please indicate which pack you will need – either the Track 3 pack or the Track 2 pack. Track 1 students who will be sitting for their MATSEC examination need to tick the track 2 pack.

Id-Dipartiment tal-Matematika fi ħdan il-Kulleġġ Santa Klara Sekondarja Pembroke pprepara xi materjal għall-istudenti tal-għaxar sena biex jaħdmuh fil-vaganzi tas-sajf. L-għan ta’ dan ix-xogħol hu biex ngħinu lil uliedkom iħejju ruħhom aħjar għall-eżamijiet tal-MATSEC tas-sena d-dieħla. Aħna nħeġġu lil uliedkom jibdew jippreparaw ruħhom minn dan is-sajf. Kulma jridu jagħmlu hu li jaħdmu bil-mod iżda spiss. M’hemmx għalfejn li x-xogħol jiġi maħdum kollu – biżżejjed jiffukaw fuq it-topiks li għandhom diffikultà fihom jew iħossuhom diffiċli. Fuq wara ta’ dan ix-xogħol hemm it-tweġibiet biex l-istudenti jkunu jistgħu jiċċekkjaw xogħolhom sew.
Jekk inti tixtieq tirċievi dan ix-xogħol, idħol fil-link u imla d-dettalji tiegħek sal-15 ta’ Ġunju 2021. Jekk jogħġbok indika liema xogħol inti tixtieq tirċievi – jekk huwiex xogħol ta’ Rotta 3 jew xogħol ta’ Rotta 2. Studenti ta’ Rotta 1 u li beħsiebhom jagħmlu l-eżami tal-MATSEC jimmarkaw ix-xogħol ta’ Rotta 2.
