Important update on online lessons & start of Term 2

Attention Parents and Students,

The first day of school, that is Friday 7th, 2022, schools will be delivering their services through the online platform. On that day, students are to follow the usual timetable and join their classes through the pre-set MS Teams.

The plan is to return physically to school on Monday 10th. However, kindly note that this can change for the following reasons;
A. The Health Authorities recommend that schools remain closed,
B. Due to insufficient human resources (educators on quarantine) to guarantee a normal school routine.

For online lessons the school will follow the same timetable we follow at school. Attendance is compulsory and will be taken during every lesson.

We kindly remind you to check your notifications on MS Teams and My School daily and that absences from school need to be covered by a Medical Certificate. The only exceptions are documented appointments for medical, dental, and/or psychosocial services; the school needs to be informed of such appointments in advance and a proof of attendance to such appointments is required upon return.

Kindly note that these procedures have been in place and tweaked throughout the pandemic period; one is to expect that these might change according to the needs.
