Important Info:
The Annual exams for Year 11 students are going to be held between the 3rd and the 27th February 2023. The exams timetable can be accessed by clicking on this link. Lessons will resume as usual on Tuesday 28th February.
- First Session exam starts at 08:30, second session exam starts at 11:10 except for ICT and Malti – Karta 1 which start at 11:30.
- Morning transport trips will be provided daily as usual.
- Unlike previous years, we have been instructed that MEYR Management has taken the decision that students sitting for Yr11 Final Exams shall NOT be provided with early dismissal school transport.
- Students are therefore requested to leave school through Gate 5 (or otherwise) as instructed by the Assistant Head of Year 11 soon after their exam finishes.
- On non-exams days, students are excused from attending school.
- During the exams (including oral exams) students are expected to come to school wearing their full school tracksuit. The only exception is the farewell sweater.
- If a student is absent for any exam day, a medical certificate needs to reach the school within three days of the start of the student’s illness.
- If the student does not have an exam in the 1st session, she will come to school only 15 minutes before the start of the 2nd session. Entrance is strictly from the SCHOOL RECEPTION.
- Oral Exams in Maltese, English and Foreign languages will take place on Tuesday 7th February 2023 as follows:

Important things to keep in mind during this period:
No phones are allowed at school/during exams.
Always be on time for your exam. Be at school at least 15 minutes before the exam starts.
Make sure to double check the classroom in which you’ll be having your exam(s) on the day. Every day an updated list will be published on the noticeboard next to the Assistant Head’s office.
Keep your desk clear during the exam and only keep essentials. REMEMBER TO WRITE YOUR NAME AND CLASS ON YOUR EXAM PAPER.
No one is allowed to leave the classroom before the exam ends. Make use of the time allocated to the exam and if you finish early make sure you CHECK YOUR WORK.
